Payments
The current payment is done via the Razorpay payment gateway.
Cash On Delivery (COD) payment facility is not available at present.
After successful payment through UPI please share a screenshot along with your order number to our WhatsApp no. 9005706457. The order will be processed on successful verification of the payment receipt on our system. We will immediately confirm the payment receipt.
Return & Refunds
In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Is different from what was ordered
- Should be informed within 6hrs post-delivery to Spacraft
- All items must be returned in their original condition and the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you and shouldn’t be used.
- Replacement is available based on the seller’s decision, if the seller doesn’t have the stock or replacement is not possible, then the customer will be refunded.
- For any claim, an order un-boxing 360 videos is mandatory, clearly highlighting the issue related to the product while still in the packing and should be submitted within 6 hours post delivery.
- In case of any post-delivery refund, shipping charges will not be refunded.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to verify their name, address, email and phone before placing an order with us. We will not be responsible for any sort of error in their communication details.
- Shipping Charges are not refundable
Return Acceptance Condition
- Wrong order
- Wrong product
- The product doesn’t match the information shown on the Spacraft website
- Damaged Shipment / Return in Case of Tampered Packaging – The customer should take pictures and share them with us within the given time frame along with the complete order ID.
- In case of any return or damages, shipping charges are not refundable
- To verify damages or shortages in your order, we kindly request that you provide an unboxing video. Please note that photo proof for short supply will not be accepted. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated, as it helps us ensure a smooth and efficient resolution to any issues you may encounter with your order. Thank you for your understanding.
Return Process
- Should be informed within 6 hours post-delivery to Spacraft
- On receiving the request Spacraft would review, speak to the customer (if required) and accept or reject based on the case of the request
- On Return Approval – The return process would start and a pickup request would be generated.
- On receiving the product at the warehouse Spacraft would again verify the product and approve/reject.
Return Rejection
- If the product packaging had been damaged by the customer while opening the mater box using a knife/sharp object.
- If the product is used
If the product is damaged due to poor handling by the customer - If the product has been replaced with some other product while returning
- If the product is being returned due to a size issue (the customer didn’t refer to size & dimension before ordering)
Refund Process
- After the return is accepted the refund is processed within 24 hours
- The refund would be made directly to the customer’s Bank Account or original payment method
- Shipping Charges are not refundable
Order Cancellation
- Customers can cancel orders within 6hrs, write to Spacraftindia@gmail.com with your Order ID
- Order cannot be cancelled once shipped
- Order can be cancelled if delayed beyond 90 days.
- A cancellation charge of 15% + Applicable GST would be levied against all orders cancelled by users.
- After the order is processed/shipped – 50% + Applicable GST will be levied again on all orders cancelled by the user. Along with customer will have to pay both forward and return shipping costs to the seller for replacement/cancellation/return.
- Spacraft can cancel an order on account of non-availability of stock or any other reason
- Spacraft can delay an order in case of natural calamities, strikes or unforeseen condition
Promotions
- Offers are open for residents of India only
- Offers are not transferable
- Offers cannot be clubbed together.
Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping Cost: Most of the products have free shipping, but some products (Base and Box) might have additional shipping costs and would not be eligible for min order conditions.
- Same Day Delivery: Order can be delivered to Kolkata Customer same/next day through Porter. In such cases, shipping charges need to be paid extra by the customer as per actuals or the amount exceeding the minimum shipping cost
- All Shipping of Spacraft will happen through India Post which takes 5 – 6 days to deliver in case the Customer wishes to receive it early and can opt for courier service, in that case actual shipping charge to be paid.
- The long holiday might delay the order beyond 10 to 15 days.
- Shipment might get delayed due to any natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances
- Spacraft does not take any responsibility for delivery made to customers”s friends or relatives or 3rd party addresses.
- Order can be delayed due to an incorrect address submitted by the customer, we will not be responsible for the delay of such an order and such orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- If the customer refuses to accept an order and later wishes to get it delivered again, the customer will have to pay the DTO (Deliver to Origin) charge along with delivery charges for 2nd delivery with a minimum of Rs 300 or actual whichever is higher.
- In case of any return or damages, Shipping Charges are not refundable
Return Shipping & Documentation
- Return Packaging: It is the customer’s responsibility to either pack the product in the original shipped packaging or use steady packaging for shipping to ensure the product is not damaged during transit.
- Return Order Documentation: A copy of the invoice highlighting the items being returned (include inside the package, if available). Declaration of item details, value and return reason (paste on the package)
